Happy Birthday Mr. Officer

Hello all, I'm here today with my second card, for Passion for ProMarkers birthday challenge.

I used Sassy Cop from Sassy Studio Designs. I just LOVE her, I colored her with promarkers. I created the sentiment on the computer.
