Every diva deserves her day

Hello all, Happy Sunday!  I'm here today with a card for a wonderful blog friends "Diva Style" challenge.  Ms. Felicia aka Scrapper in the making just celebrate her birthday.(so did I)  Libra LOVE!  
I couldn't wait to join her challenge, she is a dear blog friend!  
This card is so diva style!
The image is from Robert Jackson called "DIVA".  I colored the diva with promarkes.  The sentiment is from Words to the Rescue.
